When my husband started his journey with cancer, we decided to use an integrated approach. We first worked with several Naturopaths who used the power of optimal nutrition and daily holistic protocols to strengthen his body, mind, and spirit.
What I’ve learned and continue to practice, is that in order to meet any health and wellness goal, our WHOLE body needs to be in balance – body, mind and spirit.
